This Dell PowerEdge R750xs barebones chassis is a 2U, 15th-generation server base with twelve 3.5-inch front drive bays for SAS/SATA storage and a five-slot PCIe/DW expansion layout. It provides the R750xs chassis framework for LFF drive storage, PCIe expansion hardware, processors, memory, power supplies, cooling, storage controller and backplane hardware, internal cabling, and rails as required. Final configuration depends on CPU and memory population, the PERC/backplane/cable set used with the 12x3.5-inch SAS/SATA bay layout, riser and slot-profile requirements for the 5-PCIe/DW layout, PSU wattage, fan configuration, and supported hardware options for the R750xs 2U chassis.
