Dell R440 8x 2.5" H730/H740P SAS AB Assembly Cable
This Dell SAS A/B assembly cable is used in PowerEdge R440 servers with the 8 x 2.5-inch front drive bay layout. It connects the 2.5-inch 8-bay storage backplane to a supported PERC H730, H740, or H740P RAID controller, enabling SAS or SATA drive communication for the front-bay drives. Compatibility depends on the R440 small form factor backplane layout and the installed PERC controller cabling class.
