This Dell Networking 10Gb SR SFP+ transceiver provides short-reach 10Gb Ethernet optical connectivity between switches, adapters, and other network equipment with SFP+ ports that support Dell-coded optics. It uses 850nm multimode fiber optics with a duplex LC interface and supports links up to 300m over MMF, while DOM capability provides digital monitoring data such as module temperature and optical transmit/receive levels when the host device exposes those readings.
