Dell H710/H730 RAID Battery

This Dell RAID battery module is used with Dell PERC H710 and H730 RAID controller configurations, with related controller-family use including H710P, H730P, H810, and H830 where the server and controller assembly use the same battery part family. It supports the controller’s cache-protection function by providing backup power for the RAID cache during a loss of system power. Compatibility depends on the installed PERC controller model, the battery connector or cable used by the controller, and the chassis mounting location for the battery assembly.
