Dell FC640 Heatsink for CPU 2

This Dell heatsink is the processor cooling assembly for the CPU 2 socket in the PowerEdge FC640 blade server. It mounts over the secondary processor and works with the FC640 blade airflow design to move CPU heat into the system cooling path. Compatibility depends on the FC640 blade layout, CPU 2 socket position, screw-down heatsink mounting points, installed processor TDP, and the fan and airflow configuration required for the processor.
