The processor supports 8-channel ECC DDR5 memory up to 4800 MT/s at 1 DIMM per channel or 4400 MT/s at 2 DIMMs per channel, plus PCIe 5.0 expansion with up to 80 lanes. Compatibility depends on 4th Gen Xeon Scalable CPU support in the server model, BIOS level, FCLGA4677 socket, 300W-capable heatsink and fan configuration, DDR5 memory population, and chassis power and thermal capacity.
