It provides a 3.70GHz base frequency, up to 4.10GHz turbo frequency, 22.5MB cache, 16GT/s Intel UPI with up to three UPI links, and a 195W TDP, making it a high-clock Gold-series CPU for configurations that need strong per-core performance with dual-socket scalability. Platform support depends on 4th Gen Xeon Scalable BIOS support, FCLGA4677 socket compatibility, CPU population rules, heatsink and fan capacity for a 195W processor, and the intended DDR5 memory layout, including up to 4800MT/s at 1DPC or 4400MT/s at 2DPC across eight memory channels, plus PCIe 5.0 expansion support with up to 80 processor lanes.
