Dell R750 / R750XS High Watt Heatsink

This Dell high watt heatsink is a replacement processor cooling component for compatible PowerEdge R750 and R750xs servers. It is designed to support higher-thermal-load CPU configurations where a standard heatsink may not provide the required cooling capacity.

For the PowerEdge R750xs, Dell’s processor and heatsink matrix specifies a 2U standard heatsink for processors below 165W TDP and a 2U high performance heatsink for processors at or above 165W TDP. Dell’s R750 thermal guidance also identifies the 2U high performance heatsink, including part number 8F34X, for higher-wattage non-GPU configurations. Compatibility depends on the server model, processor TDP, GPU or non-GPU configuration, fan type, airflow shroud, and overall Dell thermal requirements.
