This Dell PowerVault ME5024 is a PowerVault ME5-series 2U storage array with a 24-bay, 2.5-inch drive layout for shared block storage. Usable capacity, RAID layout, host connectivity, and expansion support depend on the installed controller modules, transceivers or cables, drive types, and any attached PowerVault ME expansion shelves, so the array should be configured around the required Fibre Channel, iSCSI, or SAS host-interface option and the storage media supported by the ME5024 platform.
