This Dell PowerEdge R630 is a 13th-generation 1U rack server with a 10x2.5-inch small-form-factor front drive bay layout and three PCIe expansion slots. The bays support SAS/SATA storage when paired with the appropriate backplane, controller, and cabling, with RAID behavior determined by the installed PERC or HBA and the selected drive population. PCIe card support depends on the installed risers, slot profile, card length, and the power and airflow limits of the 1U chassis; final configuration depends on the selected processors, memory, storage, controller, NICs, power supplies, and other installed options.
