Dell iDrac8 Express

This Dell iDRAC8 Express remote access option enables the Express management tier for servers equipped with Dell’s iDRAC8 controller. It belongs to the system’s embedded management configuration, supporting out-of-band hardware monitoring, inventory, alerts, and remote power control through the server management interface independent of the installed operating system. Compatibility depends on the iDRAC generation and licensing method supported by the server; this is an iDRAC8 Express item and should not be used for iDRAC7, iDRAC9, or configurations requiring Enterprise-only features such as virtual console or virtual media.
