The processor supports eight-channel ECC DDR5 memory up to 5600 MT/s at 1 DIMM per channel and provides PCIe 5.0 connectivity with up to 80 lanes. Compatibility depends on 5th Gen Xeon Scalable support in the server model and BIOS, FCLGA4677 socket layout, 350W thermal support with the proper heatsink and airflow, memory population, and any dual- or multi-socket CPU pairing requirements.
