The processor supports 8-channel ECC DDR5 memory up to 5600 MT/s at 1 DIMM per channel and PCIe 5.0 connectivity with up to 80 lanes; compatibility depends on the server model, BIOS and firmware support, socket and processor generation, memory population, heatsink, fan set, and chassis airflow required for a 350W CPU.
