The processor supports up to two CPUs per system, 8-channel DDR4-3200 ECC memory, Intel Optane persistent memory, and up to 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes; installation requires BIOS support for the Xeon Platinum 8352S, an FCLGA4189 socket, a 205W-rated heatsink and airflow configuration, and memory population that follows the server’s DDR4-3200 or Optane DIMM rules.
