This Intel Xeon Gold 6448H is a 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor for Sapphire Rapids platforms using the FCLGA4677 socket. It provides 32 cores and 64 threads, a 2.40GHz base frequency, up to 4.10GHz turbo frequency, 60MB cache, 16GT/s Intel UPI, and a 250W TDP. The processor supports eight-channel ECC DDR5 memory at up to 4800 MT/s with 1DPC population or 4400 MT/s with 2DPC population, along with PCIe 5.0 expansion and up to 80 PCIe lanes. Use requires motherboard and BIOS support for 4th Gen Xeon Scalable CPUs, heatsink and airflow capacity for a 250W processor, correct DDR5 memory population, and proper processor pairing in multi-socket configurations up to four CPUs.
