This Intel Xeon Gold 6444Y is a 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable server processor for FCLGA4677 platforms that support Sapphire Rapids CPUs. It provides 16 cores and 32 threads with a 3.60GHz base frequency, up to 4.00GHz turbo frequency, 45MB cache, 270W TDP, 16GT/s UPI, and support for up to two-socket configurations. The processor supports 8-channel ECC DDR5 memory up to 4800 MT/s at 1DPC or 4400 MT/s at 2DPC, along with PCIe 5.0 connectivity with up to 80 lanes. Compatibility depends on the server model and BIOS support, FCLGA4677 socket, processor population rules, 270W heatsink and airflow requirements, and the system’s supported DDR5 memory configuration.
