It provides 24 cores and 48 threads at a 2.60GHz base frequency, with 60MB cache, Intel Hyper-Threading and Turbo support, 16GT/s UPI, a 225W TDP, eight-channel DDR5 memory support up to 4800 MT/s at 1DPC or 4400 MT/s at 2DPC, and PCIe 5.0 connectivity with up to 80 lanes. It supports single- or dual-socket server configurations, with compatibility depending on processor generation support, BIOS level, socket and heatsink type, fan and airflow configuration, memory population, and system power and thermal limits.
