- Full phone support 8am to 5pm (US CST)
- Replacement items will be shipped to you after we receive your returned item
- Shipping costs to/from STI are your responsibility, including any duties and/or taxes related to the shipments
- Systems purchased with DellEMC ProSupport or better will be covered by your DellEMC Support agreement
In all cases, we highly recommend purchasing spare parts ahead of time, to minimize any potential downtime.

To request technical assistance help, or to initiate a return, please contact our Support Team either through our website (click here) or by phone (877-851-2260). Completing the information on the RMA form will begin the RMA process, and you will be contacted by a certified representative. Please include the invoice / sales order number, part number, serial number and any additional information that is pertinent to your problem. This will help us address and solve your problem as quickly as possible.
