All systems and components that aren’t already covered by Dell, are covered by STI Warranty. Our Dell-certified experts are available M-F 9am-5pm CST to provide support. We’ve already put your hardware through rigorous testing, but if it doesn’t outlast its warranty, we’ll do whatever is necessary to make it right, with fast response times and overnight shipping of replacement items when needed.
STI On-Site Support
Available as an add-on to almost any Dell system
Sometimes you need more than just replacement parts. You need to know that regardless of what happens, your hardware will experience as little downtime as possible. STI On-Site Support offers 24/7/365 technical support packages, applicable to almost any system, whether you bought it from STI or not.
