The Dell PowerEdge M600 is designed for energy efficiency and condensity of datacenters. The M600 helps to ease operational complexity, reduces security risks and improves overall performance. The M600 features the latest in Intel Xeon Quad-Core processor technology, with allowance for 2 SATA/SAS hard drives, and memory expansion capabilities of up to 64GB.

With 60% greater density than a standard 1U server and nearly 20% less power consumption than other comparable systems, the M600 is perfect for keeping the sprawl and complexity of mass datacenters to a minimum.

By factory integrating VMware^® ESXi 3.5, customers receive VMware capabilities and migration of virtual machines within a few clicks of a mouse. These virtualization-ready server configurations provide an easy path to virtualization through factory-integrated hypervisors and recommended hardware configurations that support an ideal virtual infrastructure.
